Not at all. In fact, this is our most relaxed itinerary. While shorter tours require long hours of driving every day, the 12-day tour includes several "2-night stays" (in Chefchaouen, Fes, and the Sahara). This gives you plenty of time to explore, hike, or simply relax in a café without feeling rushed.
This tour includes the "Blue Pearl" of Chefchaouen, which is often skipped in shorter desert tours. It also allows for a deeper immersion into nomadic life in the Sahara and the hidden history of the Ounila Valley and Kasbah Telouet, which are true hidden gems of Morocco.
For a 12-day journey, comfort is our priority. You will travel in a private, modern, air-conditioned 4x4 vehicle or a luxury van, specifically chosen for its ability to handle both the highway and the winding mountain passes of the Atlas with ease.
The hiking in Chefchaouen, Todra Gorges, and the Dades Valley is optional and customizable. If you enjoy walking, your guide can take you on scenic trails. If you prefer a more relaxed experience, we can focus on panoramic viewpoints and accessible cultural sites.
Absolutely! This 12-day loop is very popular for honeymoons. We can add special touches like private candlelit dinners in the dunes, room upgrades in authentic Riads, or spa and hammam sessions in Marrakech.
Our standard itinerary includes a transfer back to Casablanca on Day 12. However, many of our guests choose to end the tour in Marrakech to catch their flight or extend their stay. We are happy to drop you off at either airport or any hotel of your choice.
