Your private Travel Morocco Trip driver will pick you up in a comfortable 4x4 vehicle. We leave the city, driving through shaded olive and orange orchards as we approach the Berber heartland.
Our first stop is the stunning Lalla Takerkoust Lake. Here, we take a moment to admire the blue waters reflecting the majestic mountains. It’s a peaceful spot for photos and a great introduction to the rural landscape.
We head off-road into the stone desert. The terrain shifts into rolling white hills that look like sand dunes from a distance. We arrive at a high-end desert camp where you’ll be welcomed with traditional mint tea and Moroccan biscuits. Enjoy a leisurely lunch either al fresco or inside a stylish Berber tent, with sweeping 360-degree views.
In the late afternoon, we hike to a vantage point for even better views before starting our sunset camel ride. Dressed in traditional blue turbans (Litham), you’ll feel the true spirit of the nomad as the sun dips below the Atlas peaks.
We continue our 4x4 journey through verdant valleys and grazing pastures, passing the village of Tahnouete. We’ll have you back at your Riad by late afternoon, refreshed and inspired.
